Annual Re-Enrollment and Consents
In mid August, Chinook’s Edge will be sending home the “Annual Re-Enrollment and Consents” for each student for the 2025-2026 year.
Please make sure that you are comfortable logging into your PowerSchool account if you need help the office will open August 25/25.
The form will need to be completed and submitted PRIOR to the start of the school year. The form contains a Walking Field Trip, Technology, Media and FOIP consents that has to be completed every year before your child can participate in these activities. **This includes chrome book use in the classroom.
General Information:
- The parent, or legal guardian, who registered the child for school is the parent with the PowerSchool access.
- Only the account holder may sign the form.
- If you are the second parent, or legal guardian, and would like to have an account set up for yourself, please contact the office at cpblakely@cesd73.ca or 403 887-3570 and we would be happy to help.
- In addition to the above, these demographic update forms are also used at the school level to:
Provide information to you for Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) purposes.
Provide information to Alberta Education for student enrollment purposes.
